LaMotte Insta-Test 3002 Chlorine Dioxide Test Strips

Test strips for measuring chlorine dioxide (ClO2) saturation. LaMotte Insta-TEST® High Range Chlorine Dioxide is the easiest way to find out the concentration of Chlorine Dioxide in water.

Each bottle contains 50 strips for measuring chlorine dioxide saturation. With these strips we can measure various concentrations of chlorine dioxide without the use of reactive chemicals.

The measuring range is 0 - 500 ppmy the values of the strips are: 0 , 10 , 25 , 50 , 100 , 250 , 50.

In order to use them it is sufficient to immerse the strip in the solution to be analysed for a period of 2 seconds. The strip should then be removed with the pad side up. It is important not to shake off excess water. Without changing the position of the strip, after 10 seconds you can read the test result on the strip. Once the result has been read, you can discard the strip, as it is no longer effective after 30 seconds. You must be careful to close the bottle properly and store it in a cool, dry place.

If the measurement is of concentrations higher than 500 ppm you will see that the pad will have a golden brown and black mottled colour.
